Returns and Refunds

We produce and sell only quality luxury items and replica handbags and are that confident in what we do that we offer a unique “Return Policy” which gives you the opportunity to buy and try from us with complete confidence.

Our replica handbags are so amazing and authentic that trained designer sales assistants can’t even tell the difference between a genuine designer bag and our amazing handcrafted replica bags, so it’s no wonder that we have minimal returns. In fact most of our customers buy from us again and again which says a lot about our product.

In fact we are so proud of the attention to detail and materials that we use that should you find any defect we would send a replacement item straight away, there are only 5 easy steps needed for us to be able to do this for you:

1-      You have 2 weeks to contact us with regards to returning an item.
2-      You must not have used the item and it must be in the original packaging.
3-      You need to send a photo of the faulty part or bag. This helps to speed up the returns process and allow us to validate your claim much quicker.
4-      You will be given an RMA number once the claim has been validated.
5-      You can use the RMA number to return the faulty item to us, returns without RMAS will not be processed.

Your photo should show the fault clearly. You’ll also need to provide us with the following details:

1-      Full name
2-      Email address
3-      Shipping address
4-      Order number
5-      When the order was made
6-      When the order was received

Should you simply change your mind about an item you purchased we also cover this in our returns policy. All we ask is that the item has not been used and to return it in the original packaging. There is a small admin fee of $30 to restock the item and you will pay the postage fee.

Should the item be returned due to a defect the postage fees will be paid by the company and the admin charge will be waived. We do advise using a reputable company when returning any item and for ease and peace of mind it is best to opt for one that offers a tracking service. Remember all postage costs will be reimbursed.
